We have an enormous curiosity for details that to many seem superfluous. Our passion is fueled by imagination, by a precise ability to dream, which move us to act and take original routes in our path of choice.
A family passion lasting more than 50 years
Faraboli Formaggi was born in 1971 from the passion of the two founders, Rino and Silvio, for the millenary culture of the production of the King of cheeses: Parmigiano Reggiano, which, in the province of Parma, is elevated to a true art. Today, our activity continues in respect of the values and production traditions handed down by the founders.

Passion and competence matured in over half a century are the elements that have characterized the Faraboli family for generations, pushing it to dedicate itself to the activity of DOP cheese selection in order to create a selected “Collection” that it proposes to a market of connoisseurs and expert retailers.
